The Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter is committed to providing excellent hospice and palliative care, as well as grief counseling and support. The CareCenter came to Presentations looking for a way to thank their donors who show just as much commitment to their vision. A great way to do this is with donor walls.

The Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter was inspired by the John XXII Catholic Church donor recognition wall that Presentations had created previously. Starting with the existing design Presentations manipulated it slightly to better fit the CareCenter and the available space. The entrance where the donor wall hangs has a pillar that obstructs the view of the wall, with this in mind, the wall is designed around the pillar. Five giving levels are denoted through the five different leaf colors and to match the door and window trim, aluminum waves were added to frame and finish the piece.

In addition, the Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter wanted a way for donors to easily identify their leaf. To assist in this process Presentations created a name legend that utilizes a numbered leaf system and a corresponding map.

Since opening their new facilities, Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter has added a number of new donors to the wall. For more information and pictures of the new facilities visit them on Facebook.
